Registration and Housing

 Advance press registration for the 2025 AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress is now closed.
 
Journalists are able to claim a press pass onsite by proceeding to the Joint Congress Press Room, which is located at the San Diego Convention Center, Upper Level, Room 4. The press room is open from 7:45 am daily. Please be aware there could be some instances when the press room temporarily may not be staffed.
 
To claim a press pass onsite, journalists must provide media identification or a business card issued by their news organization. Freelance writers must provide a letter of assignment on a news organization letterhead or bylined articles from a recognized news organization.

Press passes will only be issued to journalists representing the editorial staff of print, broadcast or Internet media. Journalists must display their press passes at all times while attending the meeting or covering meeting-sponsored events.
 
The AAAAI does not issue press passes to: a publication’s advertising, marketing, public relations or sales representatives; publishers, editors or reporters from manufacturers’ in-house or promotional publications; public relations staff of exhibitors or educational institutions; writers creating analyses or reports sold as a commodity to customers; or other individuals who are not actually reporting on the meeting or on behalf of a specific media outlet. Exhibitors may not register as press.
 

Press Housing

Once approved by AAAAI communications staff, each member of the press will need to create a free AAAAI account and then will need to complete their own Joint Congress registration in the AAAAI’s registration system. These steps will be explained in the detailed instructions you’ll receive from the AAAAI communications team once the information you submit in this form has been reviewed.
