General Information for Media
Leading researchers from around the world in allergy, asthma and immunology will assemble February 24-27 in San Antonio, Texas, for the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting.
The AAAAI Annual Meeting draws the allergy/immunology specialty’s academic and clinical leaders to showcase new research and discuss other developments in allergy, asthma and immunologic diseases. The meeting is attended by allergist/immunologists, related physicians, allied health professionals and industry representatives.
Press Room
The 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting press room is located at the Henry B. González Convention Center, Meeting Room Level, Room 208.
Only registered members of the media are provided access to the press room. Exhibitors and representatives of industry, marketing, advertising or public relations firms will not be issued press passes and are not permitted in the press room.
Upon arrival at the AAAAI Annual Meeting, members of the press must check-in at the press room to obtain their press pass. If you are attending in-person in San Antonio, remember to bring your proof of vaccination. All in-person attendees are required to be fully vaccinated. There are no exceptions to this. If you do not have proof of vaccination, you will not be able to pick up your badge. Please review our Vaccination FAQs for more information.

The Annual Meeting press room will have the following hours. Please be aware there could be some instances when the press room may not be staffed during the below hours.

The press room offers registered media workspace with Internet access and, power outlets. Reporters should bring their own laptop computers.
