Thank you for agreeing to participate as faculty at the 2025 AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress to be held February 28-March 3 in San Diego, CA, USA.  

Faculty Registration
As a Joint Congress faculty benefit, you will receive complimentary registration for the Joint Congress and, if applicable, to any ticketed sessions in which are you presenting (which will be added to your registration in early February).

All faculty are required to register themselves for the 2025 AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress. Faculty profiles have been noted as such and the registration system will automatically remove the Joint Congress registration fee. If you wish to add ticketed sessions, activities, guests or hotel accommodations, you are able to do so. Space in ticketed sessions fills up quickly, so take advantage of this opportunity to register early.

Faculty Housing
Some faculty are eligible for reimbursement of housing expenses if they stay in one of the designated Joint Congress hotels. Housing reimbursement is based upon which session(s) and how many session(s) each individual participates in as faculty. The maximum per night reimbursement is $339.00 single occupancy.
