Admission to Sessions
Admission to 2020 Annual Meeting educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions.
The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is located approximately 10 miles / 25 minutes from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. For more information, visit their website.
Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2020 Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall; however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
Committee meetings are held during the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI related business. Current and newly appointed members of each committee are expected to attend these meetings. A schedule of AAAAI committee meetings taking place at the 2020 Annual Meeting will be included in the Program & Planner and in the Final Program.
Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.
1. Current AAAAI Fellows and members, with membership fees paid through December 2020, are eligible for this discounted registration.
2. Only individual delegates who pre-register by Wednesday, February 19, 2020 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to groups or individuals who register on-site.
3. The registering delegate must permanently reside in one of these eligible countries:

Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on Wednesday, October 9, 2019; to all AAAAI members on Wednesday, October 23, 2019; and to all delegates on Wednesday, November6, 2019. Exhibitor registration opens on November 13, 2019. The deadline for early registration is Wednesday, February 19, 2020. The registration desk will be located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. On-site registration will also be available.
Special Accessibility Needs & Dietary Requirements
If you require special arrangements in order to fully participate in the Annual Meeting, please include the request at the time of your registration.
All menus served at the Annual Meeting will be free of nuts, pork and shellfish. All meals will offer vegetarian options. If you have additional dietary restrictions (i.e., if you are allergic, kosher, vegan, etc.) an alternative option can be made available if requested at the time of registration.
The Philadelphia International Airport offers various types of ground transportation for your visit. Shuttles, rental cars, taxis, public transportation including the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), and app-based rides (Lyft and Uber) are all available.
Taxi service from the Philadelphia International Airport to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and nearby hotels is approximately 20-30 minutes and approximately $30-35, not including gratuity (traffic during peak times will cause delays and increased fares). Public transportation via the SEPTA is available from PHL to the city center which is approximately 40 minutes and $6.75 one-way. For more information, visit their website.
