Joint Congress App and Online Planner Instructions

App

There is a new app for the 2025 AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress in San Diego, CA, USA that will improve your meeting experience. The new app is powered by Engagefully and allows you to:
• Easily locate session handouts, abstracts and evaluations.
• Research speakers and add their sessions to your calendar.
• Build your schedule.
• Learn about last minute program changes.
• Interact with other attendees.

1. Download the 2025 AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress app by scanning the appropriate QR code below or by accessing the App Store or Play Store on your mobile device. Instead of searching for AAAAI, you will need to search for “Engagefully” in the store and download that app to your device.

2. Open the Engagefully app and search for AAAAI.

3. If you have an iPhone, you can change the app icon to the AAAAI logo when prompted. This feature is not available on an Android device.

4. Click on AAAAI / WAO Joint Congress logo and “Select This Event.”

To plan your meeting and save sessions, log in with the primary email associated with your AAAAI account and go to Schedule. Next to a session you wish to attend, click the gray calendar icon   . The icon will turn green and the session will be added to your Selected Sessions.

 

Online Planner

You can log in using the primary email associated with your AAAAI account to be added to the directory, select sessions and plan your event.
