It is not too late to take advantage of CME opportunities from the 2024 AAAAI Annual Meeting. You will find a variety of topics in our recorded sessions. If you have not registered for the AAAAI 2024 Annual Meeting and would like to access the recordings, please register for Virtual-Only Access. Attendees will only have access to participate in the virtual components of the Annual Meeting, which will include a limited number of pre-recorded sessions, live streamed sessions, select recorded onsite education sessions and the virtual poster hall. Virtual content and credit can be claimed through December 31, 2024.

Credit claiming will be available through December 31, 2024. Credit requests on or after January 1, 2025 will be subject to an administrative fee.

All CME credits earned for the AAAAI 2024 Annual Meeting will be reported to the ABAI after the content expires on December 31, 2024.

*Non-member Medical/Graduate Students and US/Domestic Medical Residents: At the beginning of the registration process, you will be required to upload documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification. Our registration team will review this document within 24 business hours. If your documentation does not meet the criteria, your registration rate(s) will be adjusted and you will be contacted to provide the necessary payment.

*Non-member Fellow-In-Training: At the beginning of the registration process, you will be required to upload a letter of status from your institution attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow with your program start and end dates. Our registration team will review this document within 24 business hours. If your documentation does not meet the criteria, your registration rate(s) will be adjusted and you will be contacted to provide the necessary payment.

PhDs and PhD trainees** attending Discovery: Individuals working and training at academic institutions may qualify for discounted rates to Discovery. Before you begin your registration, please email our registration team documentation of your status at your institution. Our registration team will review it within 24 business hours and, if approved, provide you with an invitation code that will apply the appropriate discount to your registration rate(s).   
**PhD trainees are currently enrolled PhD students or PhD graduates who are currently in-training as a post-doctoral fellow in an academic program.

 

Registration Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing aaaaisupport@cmrus.com or by fax at (415) 216-2553. If the request is received within 72 hours of registering, a full refund will be issued. If the request is received after 72 hours, no refund will be provided; however, if an In-Person registration was initially purchased, it may be converted to a Virtual-Only registration at no additional charge. Full refunds will be provided for guest registration(s) and individual ticketed session(s) if the cancellation request is received on or prior to Thursday, February 15, 2024. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, no-shows or for AAAAI Foundation activities.
 
Attendees registered for an individual education session, but not participating in the 2024 Annual Meeting, will be refunded the education session fee minus a $75 processing fee if cancelled by Wednesday, January 31, 2024. If the session fee was less than $75, no refund will be offered. No refunds will be provided after January 31, 2024.

If an attendee chooses to change from an In-Person registration to Virtual-Only registration (or, vice versa), they are allowed to do so. No additional fees will apply. If this change is made after Wednesday, January 31, 2024, the attendee should contact the AAAAI Registration team at aaaaisupport@cmrus.com for further assistance.

In the circumstance that AAAAI is not able to hold its 2024 Annual Meeting in person, all In-Person registrations will be converted to Virtual-Only registrations. No refunds will be offered. Attendees who registered guests will receive a full refund of the guest registration fee. Attendees signed up to participate in individual education sessions and other ticketed sessions will receive a full refund for each individual session if those events are not able to be held virtually.

Should an attendee no longer be able to attend in-person, or AAAAI is not able to hold the event, each attendee is solely responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations and is responsible for any fees related to their cancellation.

Changes and corrections can be made online by clicking the link in your email confirmation, visiting the registration website and logging in to your registration profile or by contacting the AAAAI Support Center.

A new confirmation email will be sent after each change or correction.
