Admission to Sessions
Admission to AAAAI educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions.

Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2017 Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall; however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
Committee meetings are held during the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI-related business. Current and newly appointed members of each committee are expected to attend these meetings. If you would like information about joining a particular committee, please contact the AAAAI executive office at (414) 272-6071 or email email@example.com. A schedule of committee meetings taking place at the 2017 Annual Meeting will be included in the Program & Planner and in the Final Program.
Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.
1. Current AAAAI Fellows and members, paid through December 2016 are eligible for this discounted registration.
2. Only individual delegates who pre-register by Wednesday, February 8, 2017 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to groups or individuals who register on-site.
3. The registering delegate must permanently reside in one of these eligible countries:

Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on Wednesday, October 5, 2016; to all AAAAI members on Wednesday, October 19, 2016; and to all delegates on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. The deadline for early registration is Wednesday, February 8, 2017. The registration desk will be located in the Georgia World Congress Center. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. On-site registration will also be available at the desk.
Shuttle Service During Education Sessions
Shuttle buses will be provided for all attendees to utilize between the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and the Georgia World Congress Center. Shuttles will run a continuous loop during education session hours. Look for signs at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis with directions to pick-up/drop-off location in front of the hotel.
