Admission to Sessions
Admission to AAAAI educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions.
Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2015 Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall; however, an adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
Committee meetings are held during the Annual Meeting for the purpose of conducting AAAAI-related business. Current and newly appointed members of each committee are expected to attend these meetings. If you would like information about joining a particular committee, please contact the AAAAI executive office at (414) 272-6071 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A schedule of committee meetings taking place at the 2015 Annual Meeting will be included in the Program & Planner and in the Final Program.
Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.
1. Current AAAAI Fellows and members, paid through December 2014 are eligible for this discounted registration.
2. Only individual delegates who pre-register by Wednesday, January 28, 2015 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to groups or individuals who register onsite.
3. Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on Wednesday, October 8, 2014; to all AAAAI members on Wednesday, October 22, 2014; and to all delegates on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. The deadline for early registration is Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The registration desk will be located in the George R. Brown Convention Center. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. Onsite registration will also be available at the desk.
Complimentary shuttle service available during the Annual Meeting by the city of Houston’s Greenlink service.

Special Accessibility Needs & Dietary Requirements
If you require special arrangements in order to fully participate in the Annual Meeting, please include the request with your registration form. If items on the daily, pre-arranged menu do not meet your special dietary requirements (i.e., if you are allergic, kosher, vegetarian, etc.) an alternative option can be made available. Please include the request with your registration form.
Weather & Dress
The average temperature in Houston in February is 57.5° F (14.1° C) and the average precipitation is 3.3 inches. Attire should be consistent with the professional atmosphere of the Annual Meeting.
The Houston area has two airports to choose from when traveling. The George Bush Intercontinental Airport is located approximately 25 minutes from the George R. Brown Convention Center. The William P. Hobby Airport is location approximately 20 minutes from the convention center. For more information, visit their website.
