Thank you for your participation in the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting!

To claim your 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting Reimbursement:
All reimbursements will be accepted electronically for the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting. Please refrain from sending your reimbursement via mail.
1.    Determine if you are eligible for reimbursement - Reimbursement Guidelines

2.    Review the requirements for reimbursement - Reimbursement Requirements

3.    Submit your reimbursement form - Reimbursement Form

After you have completed the reimbursement information, please upload the following items in pdf format:

Scan all itemized, legible receipts for all reimbursements requested to one file and upload If you are receiving an honorarium, complete either a

W-9 (faculty residing in United States) or a W-8 (faculty residing outside of the United States)
W-9 Form        W-8 Form

If you reside outside of the United States, please upload wire transfer information.
