*Medical Students, Residents & Fellows-in-Training: In order to be eligible for the appropriately discounted rate, upload your student ID or proof of status by sending us a message through the Annual Meeting Support Center. We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day. Upon approval, you will receive an invitation code to apply the appropriate discount and begin your registration process. If proof of enrollment is not submitted prior to registering, the standard registration fees will apply. Medical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification. Fellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution.
Allied Health/In-Training Member Credit
In-training and allied health members of the AAAAI will be given up to a $40 credit to be used towards ticketed sessions. In order to receive this credit, you must be an in-training member or allied health member and you must have registered for ticketed sessions.
Registered guests and spouses will be admitted to the Hospitality Suite, the Exhibit Hall and the Associates to the AAAAI (Spouses & Friends) activities. The registration fee is $100 for each spouse/guest 18 years or older. No fee is required for guests age 17 or under. Fee includes membership dues to the Associates which help fund various Associates programs and activities.
Registration Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and requests for a refund should be submitted in writing to CMR by fax to (415) 216-2553 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the February 19, 2020 deadline. All registration fees, less a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded if a written request is received before the February 19 deadline. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Because of the popularity of certain properties in the 2020 Annual Meeting hotel block, delegates are encouraged to make their hotel reservations at the earliest possible date. Rooms will be reserved on a strict first-come, first-served basis. All delegate hotel reservations must be made no later than February 19, 2020. Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the only authorized vendor for housing at the 2020 Annual Meeting. Booking through CMR via the 2020 Annual Meeting website is the preferred method of securing hotel reservations. Please see our housing alert for more information.
If you book your hotel reservation online through the Annual Meeting website, you will receive a confirmation via email immediately upon completion. This email will include the only confirmation number you will need.Your hotel will not issue a confirmation of your reservation.
Changes and Cancellations
All changes or cancellations to existing delegate hotel reservations must be made no later than February 19, 2020.CMR must be notified of all changes or cancellations to your hotel reservation. Do not contact the AAAAI. Deposits will only be refunded for cancellations made with CMR before February 19. After that date, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no deposits will be refunded for any delegate reservations.
Each delegate hotel reservation must be guaranteed with a one night’s room and tax deposit by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) or check. Should you wish to pay the deposit via check, please contact CMR in advance to confirm the amount due. Checks should be made out to Convention Management Resources in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank and include the ABA encryption code. Credit card information will be forwarded to the hotel for possible deposit pre-charging at their discretion (which would take place in March 2020).
Guaranteed Payment Policy
When the hotel reservation is made and confirmed through CMR, the Annual Meeting hotels may hold delegates individually responsible for all charges that accrue for the use or non-use of that reservation. For this reason, please be sure to have any necessary changes or cancellations to your reservation made by February 19, 2020. Delegates who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date or depart before their scheduled departure date, may be charged for all nights of their confirmed reservation whether they actually utilized the hotel room or not. Such major credit card companies as Visa and MasterCard will allow hotels to collect charges if they can demonstrate that you were made aware of the policy. In light of this, please be sure your confirmed hotel reservation matches your itinerary.
