AAAAI Annual Meeting


Registration for the 2021 AAAAI Virtual Annual Meeting includes access to over 150 education sessions, a Virtual Poster Hall, a Virtual Exhibit Hall and networking opportunities with colleagues. Registration will remain open through Friday, February 25, 2022. The majority of content for our Virtual Annual Meeting will be available through March 1, 2022.

*Medical Students, US/Domestic Residents & Fellows-in-Training: In order to be eligible for the appropriately discounted rate, you will be required to upload your student ID or proof of status during the registration process. We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day and send a confirmation email once approved.  If appropriate proof of enrollment is not provided, your registration rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Medical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification.

Fellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution.

Group Registration
The deadline for group registration was February 3, 2021. All registrations will now need to be submitted individually online. Please click the link at the top of this page to begin that process.

Registration Refund Policy
Due to the virtual format of our event, attendees will have access to the majority of education sessions and content until March 1, 2022. Registrations cancelled within 24 business hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, however we are not able to process refunds after that time. Registrations are non-transferable.
