We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day and send a confirmation email once approved. If appropriate proof of enrollment is not provided, your registration rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Medical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification.
Fellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution.

Registration Refund Policy
Due to the virtual format of our event, attendees will have access to the majority of education sessions and content until February 2022. Registrations cancelled within 24 business hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, however we are not able to process refunds after that time. Registrations are non-transferable.
