For the first time, we’re bringing the Practice Management Workshop to the AAAAI Annual Meeting. The course will target unique changes for sustainability as well as offer real-world guidance to help protect the health of your practice while preserving what matters most: patient care and professional satisfaction.

The morning session will go beyond the basics and look at topics that are putting practices under unprecedented pressure. Some of the information scheduled includes:
•    Survival of the Fittest: Maximizing and Optimizing Your Allergy Practice
•    EMR Efficiencies and Taming the Prior Authorization Beast
•    AI: Work Smarter, Not Harder
•    Tales from the Dark Side: How Insurance Companies Work

The free afternoon session will provide an overview of the crucial basics of running a practice including coding/billing and contract negotiation. All Annual Meeting attendees are welcome as well as Fellows-in-Training (FITs) and new allergists. Tickets are not required for this afternoon session.

The Practice Management Course is available both as a ticketed session in addition to Annual Meeting registration and as a standalone event.

Practice Management Course standalone registration - $80
Practice Management Course (with Annual Meeting registration) - $50

“I’m excited to learn from colleagues about improving efficiency in RCM and documentation, particularly best practices in coding and billing amid rising denials. I’m eager to hear how private practices are creating patient-centered, efficient, profitable and secure businesses that remain rewarding places to work.” Courtney Jackson Blair, MD, FAAAAI

There will be no summer Practice Management Workshop in 2026.
