2. Connect With Faculty
Moderators are expected to connect the session’s faculty to each other. Confirmed faculty and their contact information can be found in your Faculty Corner.
Those with co-moderators are expected to work together before and during the session.
ONSITE - DUE BY MARCH 2-5, 2018
1. Check In At Registration
Pick up your name badge and program.
2. Visit the Speaker Resource Room
Faculty are required to check in at Convention Center, South Concourse, Level 2, S210A at least two hours prior to their session.
3. Get To Your Session Early
Arrive at the session room 15 minutes before the start time. Introduce yourself to the other faculty and familiarize yourself with the session technology. Ask staff if you need assistance.
4. Keep The Session On Track
Moderators are responsible for ensuring that speakers begin and end on time. Moderators introduce speakers, facilitate Q&A and present any awards.
